Emotion Code
The Emotion Code is an energy-based method designed to identify and release trapped emotional energy stored within the body. Trapped emotions can form during stressful or overwhelming experiences and may remain lodged in the subconscious long after the original event has passed. Over time, these unresolved emotional energies can contribute to physical discomfort, recurring patterns, or emotional imbalance.
Emotional experiences can be compared to old photographs. The image itself remains part of your history, but over time it may collect scratches, distortion, or emotional residue that continues to influence how you respond in the present. Emotion Code work does not erase your memories. Instead, it gently clears the emotional charge that may still be attached to them.
From this perspective, many imbalances do not begin at the surface level. They may stem from stored emotional experiences that the body has not fully processed. These emotional energies can disrupt communication within the body’s systems, influencing mood, resilience, structural alignment, and overall well-being.
During an Emotion Code session, I use muscle testing to communicate with the subconscious mind and identify which trapped emotions are ready to be released. Once identified, they are gently cleared, allowing the body to return to a more balanced and regulated state.
Emotion Code serves as a foundational modality because it addresses what we believe to be one of the primary contributors to imbalance: unresolved emotional energy held within the subconscious.
Body Code
The Body Code is a comprehensive system designed to identify and address imbalances in six key areas: trapped emotions, energy circuits, toxins, pathogens, structural misalignments, and nutrition/lifestyle factors. These imbalances can manifest as physical discomfort or emotional distress, often impacting your overall well-being and day-to-day experiences in profound ways.
Consider someone struggling with persistent low back pain. While this pain might seem purely physical, the Body Code can reveal that it often has deeper energetic or emotional roots. For instance, low back pain may be linked to unresolved emotions like fear, guilt, or stress, or it could stem from a structural misalignment affecting the body’s energy circuits. The subconscious mind holds onto these hidden imbalances, which can prevent the body from functioning optimally and healing naturally.
During a Body Code session, I use muscle testing to communicate with the subconscious and pinpoint which imbalances are contributing to your discomfort. We may uncover an emotional event from years ago, such as a period of financial worry or a stressful work situation, that has energetically imprinted itself in your lower back. Additionally, we might identify structural misalignments or disruptions in your body's energy flow that are amplifying your physical pain.
By identifying and releasing these trapped emotions or correcting energy imbalances, we activate the body’s natural healing capabilities. This often results in a reduction or even resolution of discomfort. As we clear these energetic blockages, you may notice a profound sense of balance, allowing for better physical alignment and a greater sense of overall well-being.
Heart-Wall Clearing
The Heart-Wall is an energetic barrier created by your subconscious mind to protect you from emotional pain or trauma. Imagine a shield made of layers of trapped emotions—fear, grief, betrayal, and other painful experiences—stacked around your heart. This shield, much like the steel plates in the image above, acts as a defense mechanism, helping you stay resilient and cope during times of emotional distress.
While this protection is vital when you are experiencing hurt, it can become a hindrance long after the original pain has passed. The Heart-Wall may continue to block not only painful emotions but also your ability to feel and express love, joy, and a genuine connection with others. It can make relationships feel strained or prevent you from fully engaging with the world around you, leaving you with a sense of emotional distance.
In a Heart-Wall Removal session, I work with your subconscious mind to gently identify and release the trapped emotions that make up this protective barrier. Each layer is uncovered and addressed, allowing your heart to gradually become more open. As these emotional layers fall away, your heart experiences a newfound sense of openness, trust, and balance. The Present Moment session is a flexible, intuitive session guided by your energy in real time. Rather than choosing a specific approach in advance, we check in to see what type of support is most relevant in the moment and allow the session to unfold from there.
During the session, your energy may indicate that the next layer to address involves emotional clearing, a broader body-based imbalance, or a protective Heart-Wall layer. Instead of working through a preset structure, the session follows what’s ready to be released, one step at a time, based on your system’s current priorities.
This approach is especially supportive when your needs feel layered, unclear, or shifting—or when you sense that something is ready to change but don’t know where to begin. Many people choose this option after doing previous healing work, or when they want the flexibility to address what arises naturally without committing to a single method ahead of time.
There’s no need to prepare, explain, or relive experiences in advance. Your role is simply to set an intention. From there, your energy sets the direction, and the work unfolds in a way that supports balance, clarity, and forward movement.
Child & Animal Companion Care
The Child & Animal Companion Care session is designed to support children and animal companions who may be carrying emotional or energetic stress they cannot fully express.
Imagine a baby innocently playing with a puppy. If the baby playfully bites the puppy’s ear, the puppy may internalize the experience as fear or trauma, leading to future anxiety or behavioral patterns. Similarly, if the puppy snaps at the baby, the child could unconsciously absorb fear, confusion, or hurt. Seemingly small interactions like these can leave lasting emotional imprints.
Children and animals are especially sensitive to their environments. They may absorb emotional tension from household dynamics, stressful events, or experiences they do not yet have the language or maturity to process. These unprocessed emotional experiences can influence behavior, physical comfort, mood, or overall well-being.
In a Child & Animal Companion Care session, I work on their behalf using muscle testing and focused intention to identify and gently release trapped emotional energy. This process is non-invasive and does not require the child or animal to be present during the session. Instead, we communicate with the subconscious to determine what is ready to be cleared.
By identifying and releasing these emotional imprints early, we support greater emotional balance, resilience, and overall harmony. This foundational care can help restore a sense of safety and ease, allowing children and animal companions to move forward without carrying unresolved emotional stress.
